Resetting your Password for Email Login Setup Users

If you are using Email Login, you will now need to follow the new steps when resetting your password.

1. From the TaxCalc login screen enter your Email.
2. Click Forgot your password?

3. Alternatively, in Admin Centre > Users, select the user from the list and click Reset Password from the left-hand menu.

The TaxCalc website opens on the Password Reset screen.

4. Enter the email address you use to login to TaxCalc and click Reset Password.

A confirmation message is displayed confirming that an email has been sent to the entered email address.

5. Click the link within the email to open the Password Reset webpage.
6. The email contains a Password Reset Code. Enter this code and click Verify.

7. A Pass Code is sent to the mobile number linked to the account. Enter the Pass Code and click Log in.

8. Enter the New password and enter it again to Confirm password.

9. Click Save Changes.

10. Now when you log in to TaxCalc ensure you use the updated password.
