The Data Mine Wizard contains categories for Annual Accounts and Corporation Tax conditions. When either category is expanded, the user has the option to choose conditions from the Latest period or All periods sub-categories:

Latest period:

  • When conditions are selected from this category, on running the data mine, the query will check the values stored for the latest period that exists for your clients.

  • The client list will be filtered to include any client that meets the criteria you have entered in the latest period existing.

All periods:

  • When conditions are selected from this category, on running the data mine, the query will check the values stored for all periods that exist for your clients.

  • The client list will be filtered to include any client that meets the criteria you have entered in any of the periods that exist for your clients.

  • TIP: you can add the “Accounting period end date” condition to the query to limit your search to specific periods.

Annual Accounts conditions by client type:

Within the Annual Accounts Latest period and All periods categories you will find a set of conditions which are not specific to client type, e.g. Accounting period start and end dates.

There are also sub-categories for each client type that contain client type specific conditions. When used, only clients with the same type as that of the condition will be returned in the search results.
