How to remove the HMRC API Fetch bar from the tax return? From our update 13.7.148 onwards, you are now able to remove the HMRC API Fetch bar. This was preventing some users in entering information particularly if they had an large screen resolution. The below instructions will guide you through how to achieve this. Open a tax return and click on View at the top of the screen
Untick the 'Fetch Taxpayer Data' option:
Once the setting has been saved, (either by clicking on File > Save or opting to close the return if you wish), the Fetch bar will no longer appear. If you wish to re-activate this at a later stage, you can follow the same instructions as above, re-tick the option and either save the return or close the return) and the Fetch bar will be available as required. |
