For Customers who have not already updated to Version 17, this update requires an installer to be run. Please ensure that you have local admin rights before attempting the update.

This release may result in a change to the IR Mark on any existing V3 CT600 returns.

Upgrading the QT Framework that TaxCalc uses from QT5 to QT6.

This framework upgrade will enable TaxCalc to take advantage of newer technologies to maintain security and enhance functionality into the future.

NOTE: For Windows users only this will change the TaxCalc application from 32-bit to 64-bit. You will be automatically prompted to uninstall the existing 32-bit version during the setup of the new 64-bit version. This is expected.

Product summary
Companies House Filing History

Polling for submissions via the Companies House Filing Log, where submissions contained at least one Confirmation Statement with director verification pages, will no longer result in the application crashing.

Checking status via the Companies House Filing Log now works as expected in all scenarios and no longer displays the 'Companies House Filing History already open' dialog. A user that had this screen locked must log in once after update to clear the lock.
