How do I edit client notes in Practice Manager?

You can only edit client notes if you're set up as an administrator, partner or manager. Users set up as secretary, junior or senior don't have the required privileges.

To edit a client note that's already been created, follow these steps:

  1. Open Practice Manager.
  2. Right-click on the client and select Edit Client / Contact.
  3. Select Notes from the left-hand menu.
  4. Click on the note to be edited.
  5. Select Edit Note from the right-hand menu.
  6. Enter the changes.
  7. Click on Save.
  8. Proceed to Finish from the left-hand menu.
  9. Click on Finish and Save
