Our opening hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (please note, our phone lines are open from 9:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday), excluding UK bank holidays. We also have extended opening hours in January.

PLEASE NOTE: Calls to our 0345 numbers will always be charged at the same rate as calls to 01 or 02 numbers from any UK landline or mobile.
