How do I populate an email with client information?

A token can be used to populate an email with client information.  Tokens are available for client personal/business information and a selection of tax values. 

  1. Within Send Message click in the message body. 

  1. Click in the Search tokens field, a list of tokens is displayed. 

  1. Select the Token required, the token will be added to the message content where the cursor was positioned.  To move the Token, simply copy/paste to the desired location. 

Please note: Tokens can also be included within an Email Template.
