Within Edit Notes > Balance Sheet Declaration/Approval, the list of Directors/Members is produced based on the date of signing e.g. will only show those directors present at that date. 

From version 6.2 this restriction no longer applies and where a date has not been entered, the list of Directors/Members provided will be those present at the year-end date.
