Assigning Tasks to Accounts, Tax returns and VAT returns

Using Task Manager, you can assign tasks to sets of accounts, tax returns and VAT returns. You can also set reminders for the due date and the start date of the task. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Launch Practice Manager.
  2. Click on Work Management on the left menu.
  3. Click on Create.
  4. Select Create Task.
  5. Choose the Activity type .
  6. Enter the Task name.
  7. Choose an Assignee for this task.
  8. Select the Task status.
  9. Enter the Due by and the Start from dates for the task.
  10. Click Continue.
  11. Set reminders for the due date and/or start date of the task.
  12. Click Continue.

Choose options for task recurrence, client/contact association and work association (click on Yes and select an accounting/tax period or create a new period by selecting the option on the right if you would like to assign the task to a Return / Accounting period)

  1. Click on Finish on the Summary of Task screen to complete the task creation successfully.
