The following message may be seen when trying to file a return to HMRC.
This has been seen when Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (V.10) was installed. Kaspersky was causing a problem with the "web control" filtering module
If you disable the "Web Control" filtering module it should resolve the problem.
