HMRC has introduced a validation upon submission to try and reduce the number of submissions where the Company Registration Number (CRN) used in the CT600 and the attached accounts doesn't belong to the submitting company. Submissions that fail the validation will generate the following error message.

TaxCalc checks that the CRN on the CT600 matches the attached iXBRL accounts, but this may not be the same CRN that HMRC has on record.
If you receive this message, call 0300 200 3410 to make sure that HMRC has the correct CRN on record.
