Payment Issue - problem with your regular payment

What to do if you receive the warning 'There is a problem with your regular payment', in TaxCalc Notifications:

The warning means that we haven't received your monthly instalment.

In order to resolve the issue you can either:

1. Log on to the TaxCalc website using your registered email address and password and click on My Account > Account History, where you will see a 'Resolve' button to submit your payment.

2. Call your account manager to process the payment on the phone 

If access to your TaxCalc has been suspended due to the payment being outstanding for 7 days or more, once payment has been received, immediate access will be restored.
