Adding a firm and/or client logo gives you the chance to add some personality and branding to your client’s accounts. Through Admin Centre and Practice Manager, you can now add a firm and client logo quickly and easily.

  1. Go to Admin Centre > Firm Details and select Add Logo.
  2. The file type must be PNG, JPG or JPEG.
  3. The maximum dimension for logo are 200px wide * 150px high.
  4. If your logo is larger, TaxCalc will automatically scale the size of the logo down to the appropriate ratio.
  5. Go to Admin Centre > Applications > Customise Accounts and select Cover Page defaults.
  6. Select where you would like to display the firm or client logo.

Adding a logo to a client/business record within Practice Manager:

  1. Go to Practice Manager > Company/Personal Information and select Add Logo.
  2. The file type must be PNG, JPG or JPEG.
  3. The maximum dimension for logo are 200px wide * 150px high.
  4. If your logo is larger, TaxCalc will automatically scale the size of the logo down to the appropriate ratio.

How to display a firm and/or client logo on the front cover of the full financial statements:

  1. Go to Accounts Production > Accounts Setup > Accounts Presentation
  2. From Firm and client logos select from a choice of positions to display the logo (Top left, Above title, Bottom) from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Reports > Full Financial Statements to see the firm and/or client logo displayed on the cover page within the chosen position.

Please note: A firm/client’s logo will NOT appear within registrar financial statements (accounts submitted electronically to Companies House/HMRC will automatically exclude the logo).
