What is the Business Creation Wizard?

The Business Creation Wizard enables you to define separate businesses within the same client. This will make reporting on multiple businesses with different year ends easier to manage and record specific details to the business rather than just on the client. 

This segregation of data is going to be vital for those clients that have multiple sources of income such as Trades, UK Property and Foreign Property.

Limited Company and LLP clients will only be able to create one business each for the time being. We have made it easy to add the functionality for multiple businesses for Limited Companies and LLP's in the future but with the uncertainty of Making Tax Digital (MTD) we are awaiting decisions to be made before enabling this feature.
