Error: My R185 won't print

If you receive an error message when you try to print an R185 it means that the SA900 software hasn't ticked the R185 box.

To fix this, carry out the following steps:

  1. On the Navigation menu click Form R185 to open the type selection page.
  2. Tick the box appropriate for your type of R185.
  3. Click Next Step to go to the list of R185s.
  4. Edit the R185 you want to print.
  5. Create preview.

Alternatively you can print the R185 from the Printing Preferences page:

  1. Go to Check & Finish > Print > Printing Preferences.
  2. Tick the box for Do you want to print form R185?
