I cannot see any help files when I look at TaxCalc help

If when opening the help documentation in TaxCalc the help windows are blank for all filters , please follow the steps to navigate through:

On your windows start button type  %appdata%

This will open folder -Users\username\AppData\Local\Acorah Software>Taxcalc Hub>help files. Delete the help file.

Then you will need to reinstall the application.

Reinstalling TaxCalc

This may have happened when the program was first installed if the help files did not register correctly during the installation.

Note: If re-installation of the current version does not fix the issue then revert back to an older version of the program or contact support.
