Biometric Identity Check Result

This article aims to help you understand the overall result you may see for the biometric identity check.

The overall biometric identity check result will be presented as one of two outcomes:

• Successful (green) - This result is displayed when both Document Verification and Liveness checks have been passed.
• Failed (red) - This result is displayed when either one or both Document Verification and Liveness checks have failed. A breakdown on what caused the failure will be available in the Report.
