If a purchase for a CD is placed in the pre-order period (between March and April), the CD will not be dispatched until late April/early May. Once shipped, the CD should take no more than 2–3 working days to be delivered. Outside of this time frame, CDs are processed as soon as the order is received and you should receive the CD within 5 working days. If you are based outside of the UK, delivery time may take a few weeks longer than usual. In many cases, a CD is not required as you can simply download the latest version of TaxCalc by logging into your account on our website and following the onscreen instructions.
