Depending on which version of Microsoft Office you are running, there are different ways to display the output data that comes from the Mail Merge process.
Word 2007, 2010, 2013
- When the data appears on screen, you can choose which fields to include on the sheet by selecting on the drop-down box 'Insert Merge Field'
- It is then possible to preview the results by clicking on the icon 'Preview Results'
- The 'Find Recipient' arrows enable you to scroll through the details of each client accordingly based on what criteria you want to filter for.
