What has happened to manually adjusting the font size in Practice Manager

In previous versions of TaxCalc it was possible to change the size of the text for Practice Manager by going to View > Text Size.

This has now been changed and the application will automatically set the font size based on the display settings on your machine. This has been designed so that the user no longer has to manually set the size of the font in the program. This also adheres to Microsoft's usability guidelines.

If you wish to change the size of the text on your PC and thereby change the display within TaxCalc, the process is as follows:

Windows 7

On the Desktop, right-click then select Personalize > Display. Choose the size between Small, Medium or Large.

Windows 8/10

Go to Start > Control Panel > Display > Appearance. Click on the drop-down arrow at the bottom for Font Size changes or use the slider Smaller > Larger to set all elements of the desktop.

Please note: The accessibility theme in TaxCalc is still accessible. Go to View > Use Accessibility Theme (on Mac or PC versions) to enable it.
